Screen_Shot_2015-12-09_at_4.05.38_PM.png
CoFED's Cooperative Growth Curriculum consists of workshops, exercises, and handouts designed to support student-run food cooperatives at every stage of their development. Recognizing that food insecurity is a growing issue disproportionately affecting marginalized groups, and that food justice is inextricably linked with racial and social justice, this curriculum focuses on equity as a guiding principle in food cooperative development.

This curriculum will show you how to:

  • Cultivate a sound and financially-stable food coop that truly embodies the vision of community-owned food
  • Facilitate accessible and thorough exercises to train student coop leaders

Your purchase supports CoFED in our equity-focused food systems work! CoFED’s Cooperative Growth Curriculum is offered on a sliding scale:

  • $50 - Individuals, or organizations with an annual budget under $100k
  • $65 - Organizations with annual budgets over $100k
